This product can simultaneously detect pathogenic genes related to five main types of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (E. coli) using multiplex PCR: EHEC/VTEC (enterohemorrhagic/verotoxin-producing E. coli), EPEC (enteropathogenic E. coli), ETEC (enterotoxigenic E. coli), EIEC (enteroinvasive E. coli), EAggEC (enteroaggregative E. coli), and E. albertii. **Features** - Using two types of primer mixes, it can simultaneously and distinctly detect species-specific genes of E. coli and E. albertii along with seven types of pathogenic factors*1. (*1 Pathogenic factors: Verotoxin types 1 and 2 (VT1, 2) genes (stx1, 2), heat-stable enterotoxin (ST) gene (est), heat-labile enterotoxin (LT) gene (elt), intimin gene (eae), aggregative adherence factor (aggR), enteroinvasive factor (invE)) - By quantifying the detection results, the judgment results can be clarified. - Reagents necessary for PCR, including positive controls, are included. - The detection results of the internal control can confirm the presence or absence of PCR inhibition.
